Christmas Tree

Outside my window...freezing rain.

I am thinking...sometimes my Sunday nap backfires and I have no energy in the evening and insomnia at night.

I am hoping...to get going on my other messages. I have the main points. I just have to sit down and write.
I am thankful for...completing and sending in my Barnabas article before the deadline.

From the kitchen...tacos.
I am hearing...Mankind: the story of Us.

I am wearing...pajamas. It’s midnight.
I am reading...Revelation. I will actually finish reading through the Bible in a year! First time in my life, sad to admit. I’ve read the whole Bible many times, but never cover to cover in a year.

Around the house...the Christmas tree is up. A real Balsam Fir. It smells nice. We’re going cheap this year so just a few gifts. I don’t mind. I would rather avoid the commercialism of Christmas. I am done my Christmas cards and letter. I just have to decide whether I’ll add any pictures into some of the cards.
One of my favourite things...when a meeting goes well. The Women of Faith meeting was nice. We had a nice brunch. We also played Christmas Jeopardy, which the ladies said they enjoyed. I’ll post it soon.

Some plans for the week...work four nights. Visit friends on Saturday night. Church on Sunday.  I’m in the nursery.
